What helped the egyptians build the great pyramid of Giza

If I remember correctly they built ramps around the pyramids and used a lot of workers, many of which were not slaves. This resulted in sevre slow downs in construction at harvest time. They also used rollers under stone and also used many items that modern builders would recognise. Hope this helps.

Was there a discovery of an Egyptian Citadel in the Grand Canyon in the early 1900s ?

No. There are several natural formations there which have been given Egyptian-sounding names, like "Isis Temple", but that's all. There is no substantiated evidence of anything else, which common sense tells us would not be Egyptian anyway.

In replacing front brake pads, I can't get master cylinder to go back far enough to allow room for rotor. Have tried using c clamp to force it back but it will not budge? HELP!

This is going to depend on the make/model/year of your car. With some, you need a special tool to force the cylinder in the caliper back.

The belt keeps jumping. Is their a tenshener or do I change the belt?

May be you have purchased an oversize belt, loose may cause jumping, see if there is any adjustable to tighten the belt is available besides the pulley, plus to check if pullye's alignment at two ends are in order. if these not work, then you have to replace the belt with proper size .
