Why won't my tzumi earbuds turn on after I charged it?

Most bluetooth devices are programmed to "assume" the individual doing the pairing is the owner, so usually, the manufacturer sets the code to four zeros: "0000"

You don't need a computer to change the language on Tzumi bluetooth earbuds.

To change the language back to English, please turn the unit on, make sure it is in pairing mode, once you hear the recording, press and hold "+" until it says English, then you are good to go

You need to plug it in to your computer if its got a USB port then go to their online support and download the software in the software it will allow you to make the changes

If the charger is bad and you connect to a USB connection it is likely that the player is getting power to operate from the USB connection not from the charger.

The important thing is will the player charge up using the USB connection?
