Hisense do make Service Manuals available, but there isn't one online for that set. Contact them direct in your country. We are Fixya, not Hisense, we just have a Hisense category.
The Hisense HX32N2176H will display an HD signal of 1366x720 with the HDMI input. (Any resolution above 480 (lines of pixels) is considered HD.) However, this isn't a full-HD (1080) capable TV. Check to see if you have the "Rabbit ears" plugged into the correct spot and you are on "Analog tv" if you are trying to use digital tv on "Rabbit ears" it can't send out a strong signal like the areal ontop of a house. You may need to get an adapter to broadcast a stronger signal but even better if you can connect to roof antena.
