Newark Liberty International Airport, originally named Newark Metropolitan Airport and later Newark International Airport, is an international airport which straddles the municipal boundary between Newark and Elizabeth, New Jersey, in the United States.

In HG and SS, your friend (Lyra if you're a boy, Ethan if you're a girl) gives it to you before entering Violet City for the first time.
Once you have the Vs. Recorder, either head to Jubilife City (Platinum) or Goldenrod City (HG/SS) and enter the Global Trade Station. Look around for the proper terminal to upload and download recorded matches. If you want to watch a particular match, you need to know that match's 12-digit code.
