That Gucci watch requires a special tool that looks like a crochet hook. I highly recommend you take it to a jewellery store that carries Gucci to have it changed.

some are twist of which u need a special tool.. dont take it to walmart, they are only a dollar or 2 cheaper then a jewelry store

Get a small screwdriver and a file, file the end of the screwdriver down to a fine edge, thin enough to fit the narrowest gap, then carefully lever the case open. Try to avoid being heavy handed, you do not want to scratch the watch when doing this. HTH.
