I just bought a 55 inch element smart tv i cant seem to get netflix to work

Where your Smart TV already has an app in its app pages, start that app, log onto your Netflix account (which you need to pay for) and watch away.

Try unplugging the TV for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. If you are still having an issue with Netflix, try logging out and back in.

This will happen if the input on the TV is not switched back to cable or TV. Did you check that (you will have to use your TV remote)
