Your problem is most likely due to the magnetic sensor on the right side of the unit under the plastic housing.
The right pedal arm, has a magnet emeded in the on the inboard side of the arm. When the arm comes around and passes this sensor at the bottom of the unit, a pulse is generated and sent to the computer.
The mangetic sensor on the frame of the unit, may need to be adjusted to a closer proximity with the pedal arm magnet. Assure the arm does not strike the magnetic sensor however.
It's also possible the sensor has come loose and fallen into the base of the unit.

This is an incline error. Check fuses and incline gear for jammed incline. Call 877-805-1030 or www.techmotionusa.com for service tech if you still need help
