master reset....Open and close the door of the washing machine 6 times within 12 seconds. Then, run the rinse/spin cycle without clothing to see if your problems are resolved.
This could be down to a number of reasons. The most common of which is a displaced or faulty spin switch. This switch tell the machine that the lid is closed (or that the top is on a front loader). I know this may sound silly, but if you have a spin speed selector, double check to see that it's not been set to "0".
If neither of those work/fit the problem, and also if it is showing any error codes, eg. F01/F02/UNB, please let me know
Yuo might try making sure it is still level but I'd just try using a lower spin speed. How have to use "gentle spin" when I wash towels or my washing machine has errors and stops. If still too damp just use a gentle spin only cycle once more to finish the job.
Easy to check the pump but you need to have a bucket handy. Tilt washer backward pump will be on the right side. Remove and clean. Watch out for the water!
The dashes mean that your cycling computer is in a
standby mode. To change this you need to press both the MODE & SET buttons in order to show the
average speed screen, and spin the wheel. The computer will start flashing
zeros and then will show a steady 0.
Methinks you could do with another manual for your washer- for now and probably later! Sorry but FixYa cannot do that direct - members of the forum are just people from all over the world, probably working from home, and not representing any particular manufacturer ;-0)
???
By the way normally a spin speed is a spin speed regardless of whether there are whites or others inside. It really depends on the material which is being spun as to how much is spun out and drained. If the maximum spin speed has not spun all of the water out another spin is not likely to either - just waste electricity ;-0(
If your garments are still wetter than you would expect after spinning it COULD be that there is water still left in the drum i.e.not completely drained because of a blocked filter/drain pump. If this is so come back to me and I will send you my pre-typed guidance notes on cleaning/clearing blocked filters/drain pump/motors.
Manual
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
