Please don't call me 'dear' - we hardly know each other.

As you have not indicated what make or model of Flat Panel Television you are referring to, I would doubt anyone could help but it is VERY UNLIKELY that your processor is burnt so I would get a second opinion.
It would likely be the processor that makes the word "STARTING" be displayed and if it were burnt, this would not happen.
Also, processors hardly ever go faulty, it is almost always dry or leaky capacitors.

Try a different adapter first before digging into it. Check voltage and amperage on the adapter. Chances are that is the issue.

it shows the display drivers does not load properly, re-installation of video driver may solve the issue

hello my fren you cannot change your system that korean language into bangladesh..
if you want to change that, here a tip...
1. reformat your system into your own language "bangladesh".
2. use installer bootable in your own language.

the internal bulbs of ur monitor screen have deteriorated...the manufacturers are real smart, these monitors dont last forever. So if repair estimate is too expensive then replace the whole unit.

Always purchase laptop or notebooks NEW or never more than 5 years old.

Remove the batteries and press the power button for few seconds it will reset. Then replace the batteries and try is it working!
