Did you check the batteries. That watch has one battery for the time, and two for the logo display. After you put new batteries in you also will have to probibly short-curcit the battery, it will tell you if you have to on the back inside case. If this dosn't work send to the company, they have a really good warrenty. Good Luck!!!

I have the same problem. I am not sure, but I think that, over time, the battery gets weak and dosen't hold its charge without exposing it to sunlight for an extended period of time. I think it may be time to change the battery.

Change the capacitor. This is the thing accumulating the energy. As the ordinary batteries, it may go bust, so, all you have to do is to replace it. There is no such a name as power cell in Citizen EcoDrive watches - there are CAPACITOR. Capacitor absorbs the energy from the light sensitive panel(s) and dispenses it in the ordinary battery manner. Advertisements are saying that you will never have to change the battery - that's right, because there are no batteries at all. Instead of battery there are CAPACITOR, but nobody says it will last forever. Rate me, plz.

I have read the instructions for your watch and I found nothing in there that was helpful.
I am having a guess here but perhaps the memory is full (did you see the "Lo mem" warning?
Try downloading the memory to your computer if you can with a blank screen!
As a last resort, go to theri web site and find the "contact us " phone number and ask the maker.

Hi
Try resetting it - it worked for me. First, orient your watch face down (with the watch belt buckle opposite you), the new battery in and latched. Second, on the right side battery hold-down latch you will see a small metal circle (~1 mm diameter) with a black dot in the center. Take a small paper clip and touch this metal pad to the metal battery hold-down latch for about 1 second. This will reset the watch.
Rotate the tiny donut that clips over the battery so it touches the brass spring that is next to the battery, replace the back plate. you can use a small tool to carefully lift the metal contact back up off the contact plate. Also make sure the back of the case is on tight as this also plays a role the electro mechanics of this watch.
Let us know if you want to know something else accept the suggestion.
