Not sure how you could have power coming out the cable in terminal, Ive repaired thousands of sets and have never seen that...how much voltage do you have there?

If your other inputs are working, then you will need a Main pcb.

Hi, It also could be the inverter board(s) that have gone bad. Check them out. If the inverter board goes it will also turn the TV off.
These boards are on the left and right sides of the TV pannel.
