Easiest way is to insert micro sd card into your phone, copy all pictures to it, remove it and put micro SD card in your computer. If your computer doesn't have micro SD card slot you can buy an adapter that plugs into USB.
Check out #7 at http://digiblue.com/customer-service/faqs/disney/mixmax/index.html It has a PDF download with instructions on how to properly encode videos so that they will play on the Mix Max.
Apparently this is a known issue. Some dvp642 players have compatibility issues with some of the Disney DVD's. A firmware update might help.
