Put the new belt on the back pulley. Place the other end of the belt onto the front pulley. By hand turn the front pulley and the belt will feed it self on.
If you can't find a wiring diagram, no problem. Follow the wiring to where it was ripped out. If it's your lights it's usually a black (ground) and a brown or brown with stripe for the lights.
Another way would be to just match the wires on both sides where they were ripped out. Example: RED TO RED, BLACK TO BLACK, etc. Make sure any wire with a stripe matches.
