What is the ebay address to send payment?

Just because you're buying on ebay doesn't mean you pay ebay. If you won an auction or used a buy it now, the person you bought the item from will send you an invoice with the total amount and where to send your payment.

How do I send someone a request for payment

Log in to PayPal (create an account first if you don't already have one), go to the Request Money tab, and from there you can either merely send a message requesting payment, to any email address, or create a proper looking invoice with details of the service rendered, date, and any other message.

Note this is just a request for money, and Paypal is not enforcing it for you by their presence in the process, at least not yet.

I need to send an invoice to a customer

1

Log in to PayPal with your email and password. This should take you directly to the "My Account" page (see Link at Bottom of page). 2

Go to the line of blue tabs at the top of the page.
Click on "Request Money."
It should automatically take your to the "Create an Invoice" page, but if not, just click on the "Create an Invoice" tab. 3

Enter the email address of where you need to send you invoice in the first text box, lableled "Recipient's email address."
If this is an invoice to someone you've billed before, go to Step 4. 4

Skip the "Recipient's email address" box and go to "OR select a recipient" box.
Select the email address of who you need to send the invoice from the drop-down menu that pops up.

If you need to send the same amount to more than one client, you can add more than one email address, seperating the addresses with a comma like you would in a normal email program. 5

Fill in the amount of money owed (including decimal points) and what kind of currency you expect to get.
6

Click on one of the four options under "Request payment for."
When in doubt, just click "Services." 7

Click on the orange "Continue" button.
8

Check out that the information is correct, and click on "Continue."
You should receive a notice from PayPal in your email inbox stating that the invoice went out.

If you don't get one in a couple of hours, try sending the invoice out again.

Send the customer an email from your ebay account and save a copy for yourself. Tell him that the payment he sent did not go into the right paypal account. Ask him to cancel this payment so that paypal refunds his money. Tell him that you will send an invoice to him from paypal with a request for payment. Ask him not to re-send his payment until he receives that invoice request from your account. Then go into your paypal account and click on the request money link. Choose the option to send an invoice and enter the information for your EBAY account if you have not already done so. Then send an invoice to that person requesting payment with a note that says the same thing in your email from EABY - tell him to cancel the other payment because it went to the wrong account and ask him to use this account instead. Tell him you have already waited two days and that he only has 1 -2 days more to pay for this item or you send a bidding strike for non payment.

I don't know how to pay through paypal they ask me the email address or the phone number of the seller I need to pay for one Matrox DualHead2Go Model D2G-A2A Dual VGA Adapter for 49.99 and Paypal...

Hi carla410,

Depending on whether or not the seller uses eBay checkout, the steps to complete payment are different. If your seller does not use eBay checkout, they will send you an invoice or other payment instructions to help you complete your purchase.

To pay for an item when the seller uses eBay checkout:

1. Link your PayPal and eBay accounts, if you haven't already done so.

2. After you've won an item, click the Pay Now button. You can find this button in the listing, in the Purchase History section of My eBay, and in the confirmation email that you receive from us.

3. Check your shipping address. If any information is incorrect, click the Change shipping address link to update it. (The seller may require a credit card billing address registered with PayPal, sometimes called a confirmed address.)

4. Confirm the order details, including shipping and taxes. Click the Continue button. (If you have questions about the total cost, click the Request total from seller link.)

5. Select PayPal as the payment method.

6. Enter your PayPal log in information. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can sign up.

7. Make sure that your shipping details, payment method, and order details are correct.

8. Click the Confirm Your Payment button to complete your purchase.

To link your PayPal and eBay accounts:

1. Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages.

2. Click the Account tab.

3. Click the "PayPal Account" link on the left side of the page.

4. Click the Link My PayPal Account button.

5. You'll be asked to log into PayPal to finish linking your accounts.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Trying to use pay pal to pay for my order on e bay but it wont go through

Thanks you for writing in regard to your payment concern. As you are unable to pay for the item youve purchased using PayPal. Let me help you with this.
First, I want to know the error message that you are getting so we can assist you further.
Now, if the error message you are getting is "Unable to process payment. Please try again later" or something like that, the best thing that you can do is to do a manual payment thru PayPal.

But first, you need to contact your seller and ask for a manual invoice and his correct PayPal email address.
Here is how you can get the sellers contact details:

Here are the steps to have the member's phone number emailed to you:
TO REQUEST THE MEMBER'S CONTACT INFORMATION:
1. Click the "Advanced Search" link at the top of any eBay page.
2. Click the "Find Contact Information" link located to the left of the page.
3. On the "Find Contact Information" page, enter in the User ID of the member you wish to find and the Item number of the item you are trading with the member.
Please be reminded that at the same time, we'll also send your contact information to your trading partner for fairness sake.
Once you have the invoice and his correct PayPal email address, you may then pay the item manually thru PayPal.
Here are the steps:

As a work around, you can just send a manual payment to your seller's correct PayPal email address by using the "Send Money" tab from the PayPal site.

The good news here is you are still covered by the Buyer Protection Programme.

Here's how:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the "Send Money" tab.
3. Choose "Send Money Online".
4. Under "Payments made mainly to purchase goods or services", select "eBay Items" or "Goods".
5. Then hit the "Continue" button.
Hope I was able to cover everything to resolve your concer.

I have a suspended ebay account. I paid 18.19 that was due on Nov. 17th. I thought that was the problem. It remains suspended and I have no idea why? Ca you assist me?

Hi there!

With regard to the suspension in your account, if it's about billing it could be that your account's being charged off.
A charge off means eBay has recognized your balance as debt to eBay for accounting purposes. Keep in mind that you still owe this amount to eBay. Additionally, eBay reserve the right to pursue collections efforts, including use of a collection agency.

To avoid further collections efforts and to remove the suspension,I recommend that you need to pay for the fees. eBay will reinstate your account as soon as eBay receive payment for this amount.
Here's what to do:
-- Check your invoice
To see the overdue balance and a breakdown of the fees you've been charged, follow these steps:
1. Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
2. Click the "Account" tab.
3. Click the "All account activity" link under your current balance.
You'll see a summary of your latest invoice and a list of fees, credits and payments from the last 4 months. To see a previous invoice, select the one you want from the "Invoices" drop-down menu on the right side of the page.
-- Make a payment
eBay accept payment by PayPal, direct debit, credit card, check, or money order.
Here's how to make a one-time payment:
1. Go to My eBay. You may need to sign in.
2. Click the "Account" tab.
3. Under "Payment methods for Seller Fees," click the "one-time payment" link.
4. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
How long will it take for your payment to go through?
-- One-time credit card and direct debit payments post immediately to your account.
-- PayPal payments take approximately 5 business days to post.
-- Checks take approximately 7-10 business days to post.
To learn more about paying your eBay seller fees, go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/pay-fees.html
Once your payment has been posted, your account will be reinstated automatically, and you'll be able to start selling on eBay again immediately.
I hope I've explained this clearly. If you have any problems please add a note here or you can send another concern.

I hope this helps. Please rate if it does!

Ebay is sending my paypal money to somone else

Hi there!
If you are the seller please check the PayPal email address you have in the listing that you posted. you can do this by clicking the sell similar link in the item page then check the section to where you need to add the PayPal address.
If it's not correct, you can contact the buyer and ask the buyer to cancel the payment and then you can send a manual paypal invoice, you need to ask the buyer for his/her paypal email address.
If you are the buyer, check with eBay to why they are sending your payment to another member.

I forgot to add shipping fee to invoice. Payment has been received. How do I send another invoice for the shipping fees?

Hi there!

Unfortunately, you can't send another invoice through eBay but you can send another one through PayPal but you will need to have the buyer's phone number so contact the buyer first. And here's how you can send a manual paypal invoice:

Here's how you can create a manual invoice using your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Request Money.
3. Click Create a Money Request or Create an Invoice.
4. Enter the required information.
5. Click Continue.
6. Review the information and click Request Money to send a money request or Send Invoice to send an invoice.

You can also ask several people at the same time. Just enter their email addresses, separated by commas.

I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Posting progress payments

If you are paying your sales tax by invoice date - the payments will not affect your liablity. ie you owe the whole amount of sales tax as of the date of the invoice. If you are paying sales tax as of the time of payment. You will owe sales tax at the time you receive payment.
Since you are using progress invoicing, the sales tax would be come due at the time of the invoice. If you are just receiving payments, you would receive payments (as you would with any customer, and not invoice until time of completion. You would just need to make sure that your preference for sales tax due date is set to Invoice date, not time of payment.
