According to the service manual, E11 stands for shorted keypad.This can be caused by holding down a key for a short period of time. Here's what it is and what you can do.Please refer to the image for your reference. If the error code appears again after trying this maybe it could be an issue with your EOC ( Electric Oven Control). I would recommend to have a professional check your unit for proper diagnosis and to replace defective parts. Thank you.

I think this microwave oven uses an inverter to control the power output of the magnetron. Usually the microwave will advertise this feature with a trade name like "accu-wave" or "true-power" or some similar label on the front of the microwave. Assuming that is the case here, then the E11 error means a bad inverter
