NO PICTURE AND AUDIO IS DISPLAYING POWER LIGHT ONLY GLOWING

Hello sir.

Im Rajesh from chennai Tamilnadu India actually i bought a grundig tv before 10 yrs sofar its working in good manner. but for the past 10 days some problem will arises suddenly one day when i swithc on the tv no video and audio is displaying only power light only glowing. i didnt know where ur authorised service center is located in chennai. i except ur reply as early as possible .

Not a Big Problem U can Call Good TV service Engrs. He Will
Solve Ur Problem
No_2........ Option Is U go for old grundig TV Dealer Or Retalers

Batterry backup not working - when i unplug the power cord the laptop switches off immediately can you give me the authorized service centre number in chennai->tamilnadu->india.
