I accidently entered wrong screen unlock pattern on htc g1 is there any way i can get the problem solved on my own.a

Well yes there is but you will have to reset everthing
& everything not saved into your sd card or sim card will be deleted
such as
Messeges
apps
music ou have paid for
& contacts if their not saved in you SIM

so don't say i havent warned you.

heres the solution:

This is what I did:
Turn phone off.
Press the little button with a house on it AND the power button at the same time and wait till the screen changes to aan exclamation point in the trianle.
Then hold the alt key and the w key at the same time.
