The most likely cause for this is a zoom or focus lens out of place or impaired in some way and can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.

The lens kit of my Sony DSLR A200 produces noise

If it's in continuous auto-focus and doing it, then it is just not locking on to one thing and jumping back and forth between two objects that are very close together in distance and it is normal. It should stop in manual, single shot or single point auto-focus. Sony uses Nikon auto-focus technology and my D-300 with a 70-200mmf2.8 will do it if I turn the auto-focus tracking time(lock-on) all the way down with the auto-focus in full auto.

Hi I bought this camera Fujifilm finepix s10000 fd in order to photograph sharp and clear close up pictures the best way I can. When I press the Menu/ok button = nothing happens. It simply does not...

if your wanting to do macro photography (close up) on the dial on the back, click the left button on the circle and a little flower should pop up on the screen saying "Macro, close up shots" this is for pictures that are closer up then regular and U want them in focus. it takes a few times to get it focused a few times but when it is focused properly, the square in the middle of the screen should be red. if you want really close up, click the button another time and the flower should come up again and it should say "macro close up shots up to 2cm (0.8in). once again once its focused properly the square will be red. you will have to practice because it takes time to learn where its proper focusing points are but i'm sure you will get the hang of it.

Close up shots won't auto focus.the lens trys to adjust but the final setting is out of focus. the camera works fine on subjects at least 2 feet away

try using the little throttle that is located just below your on/off switch. if you push that either up/down, it should help you manually focus your subject. It is actually a really fun feature to play around with.
