I have problem on my Toshiba satellite 2415-s205 laptop..when i insert the charger into the charging jack they show the charging light but when i click on power button the laptop cannot turn ON and blinking the power light in orange color...I already tried to remove all the parts like CD-RW ,Battery etc and try to turn ON but fail.kindly help me as soon as possible....Thanks

You have one of several problems
1) Your adapter is not putting out the power to charge your machine. If you cannot start the machine with the adapter plugged in, check the voltage that it is putting out. I think it should be about 18 volts. If it is not, then this is the problem. (Be sure you plug it into a different outlet in your home just in case the outlet is bad)
2) Your battery could be bad--but this doesn't sound like it as you said you removed the battery and it still would not turn on.
3) The charging circuit on the motherboard could be bad.
I would definitely try to see if the power adapter is the problem, because it sounds like it.
