You might try a different power socket to charge your scooter as the first one could be faulty. If this does not work, please use your scooter's manual troubleshooting section in order help overcome the issue. Thank you.

hi Alan, i have seen that fault before sadly the controller was faulty. No one by any chance remove the wiring on the controller and refitted ?

Kymco midi foru,less than 6 months old batteries will not charge.

This will be due to the batteries being left uncharged for a long period of time. Should ideally be charged once a fortnight for at least 12 hours if the scooter is not used for any period of time. Unfortunately, the only real solution is new batteries.
