The scanner is not going back to home position, have a tech come out to check this. The scanner is what moves when scanning a document on the big glass or if using a document feeder

1 Turn OFF and ON the power switch. 2 Check the connector between M3-MFPB P101 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 3 Check M3 for correct drive coupling and correct as necessary. 4 Check the connector between CIS-MFPB P102 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 5 M3 operation check. 6 Change M3. 7 Change CIS. 8 Change MFPB.

Some one messed with your marketing area for the machine for example the machine thinks it a 19 paper per minute machine when it is really a 22 page per minute machine, need a tech to come out reset the proper setting or the the copier. Or the machines operating system firmware thinks it is one when it is the other, which requires the tech to download from a secure Konica Minolta Web site for dealerships and KMBS They like to protect there company's firmware. Sorry
