Netflix work prefect last night, today it wants us to reset everything. Just not good all our connections are on it says it finds it but all else failed. Very upset

Sometimes its a server error, but my Roku sometimes wont connect to any channel (say to check internet connection) but internet seems fine. You need to first unplug or turn off your smart tv or Roku not sure what your lookin at, but the problems lies with your router/modem. Try rebooting it (after turn off tv/Roku/comp. etc) if that doesn't help, then theres a reset button you can hold for 30 sec /1 minuite that will set the modem back to its Default configuration, this will put your password back to the factory one, so make sure you know the password before doing this

Hi Ruth,

Check ALL the cables connecting everything to the TV. If your netflix is built into the TV then you might have a faulty TV.

Check Your connection! to see if what You are watching is making good connection! Be it cable, sat, antenna! Try a dvd, if it works find, the before is the prob! If it is sat. check signal! if cable, try unpluging everything to reset! Missed the netflix! Make sure you have a good wifi connection, and as before, unplug your router, modem and re plug
