You can download the manual here for about 16 bucks, I don't think you will find this service manual or most others free anywhere..if you ever do please post where you found them

look all around the bottom of the TV there has to be screws or clamps some around the mother board cover that should help

The default setting for the TV was Showroom which wouldn't let the cable signal through. Thanks for trying to help.

I have an Olevia 226-s11 that shows the Olevia screen when powered on but no picture thereafter. Sound works, but no picture.

Back-light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.
