SOURCE: Problem with printing

Sorry the manual doesn't help much either... this is what it says, "POWER lamp flashes alternate green and orange Turn the printer off and unplug the printer from the power supply. Plug the printer back in and turn the printer back on. If the problem remains, contact a Canon service representative."

You could try the following reset code which works when reseting after emptying the waste ink tank:

Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more.
8. Your printer should respond as normal.

Hope it helps

SOURCE: Flashing lights and no printing

If the two lights are blinking persistently and the carriage is moving freely when the cover is opened then the logic board has problem and should be replaced. However, if there is some restriction of carriage movement or cracking noise, the optical cable should be replaced. Good luck

How do I remove the print head on a Cannon Pixma iP90V Thank you for any help you can provide.

You turn the machine on. Open the top cover an allow the printhead to slide to the center position. At this point turn off the machine..By hand move the printhead to the right slightly....you can be a little forceful. There is a green tab on the frame or retainer of the printhead that you push to allow it to lift and the entire printhead should come out!....If ink is still in the print head carriage it will come out with the printhead.

I dropped my Canon ip90V printer and it no longer prints. I get an error message and it flashes amber with the green. It says to turn the printer off which I did. When I turn it back on it cycles one...

When the printer unit was dropper you probably misaligned the sensor in the transfer tray and there more internal damage.
Repair or replacement is is the next step.
