Doesn't matter which AUX either even the screen saver is doing it. Just wanted to know if this was a simply part swap fix and if so what part(s)? TV isn't even 3 years old, but only had a 1 year warranty. Thanks
If the back light is flickering, you can test and replace the LED in the back light from these links: https://how-to-repair.org/repair/lg-tv-repair-manual-pdf/lg-led-tv-no-backlights-32ln5300-32ln5310-32ln5700-voltage-test-troub/2pyuXwNkBMA.html and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_poWTEihIJU. No recalls at this point. the repair man is correct. the circulation motor is damaged.
You should know that, this model has many issues that we deal with on this site that concern this (LE) trouble code. The circulation motors are not reliable in this model.

this is not an easy fix. the screen ,or the x or y screen drivers are bad .

You've got components that have gone bad, probably from age and the normal heat inside a CRT monitor case.
I hate to say it, but it's really not worth fixing. You can usually find a used but working 17" monitor for under 20 bucks.

I would fix the machine if everything else is working on in.
Your problem sounds like drum rollers have flat spots on them or in need of lubrication.
Check your drum rollers for flat spots or wear, if they have flat spots or wear on them replace them.
If the drum rollers don't have flat spots or wear on them then they probably only need lubrication. Lubricate the shaft of the rollers with a good grade of machine oil such as 3 in One oil. Reassemble the dryer, plug back in. This should solve your noise problem.
