The color on the tv is blue and yellow. Everything we. Can think of we have tried. Is there something you might be able to tell us that we may not have tried ?? Do we need a new color wheel ??

im joel a simple electroncis tech. try to adjust the settings but it does'nt work the i think 3 color inside ( red,blue,green) is one or two of them is deffective.so the best solution try to go the expert tech nothing else

Hi! try checking for some loose solder on the crt. socket.

Check on ur auto covergence.Might have magnatics interference,the tv tech.use a dequasing coil to solve this prob.when it very bad,colors mast together.

Have you tried more than 1 source? If this only happens with 1 source- if you're using component cables (green, blue, red) then make sure there is nothing wrong with it. Another thing that can cause this, is a component (RGB) device being plugged into a composite a/v input (yellow white and red).
If this fails, or if the problem is with all sources, the TV is the problem and probably won't be easy to diagnose or repair yourself.. I'd call the manufacturer if this is the case.

Unplug your TV for a while and see fi you are getting the same issues after you plug it in. If it works after, then you have an overheating issue with the power supply or main board.

You Probably have the wire's mixed up, like yellow in white or something, either that or the wires aren't pushed in the thing all the way. Try that.

Your Green CRTs coolant may be congealed giving the green tube a yellowish look it should be a vibrant green. Try changing the coolant in the CRT

the cable colors have to match the tv ones if you have different colors on cables then look for the label on the cables saying video or audio (red)=audio (white)=other audio (yellow)=video EXAMPLE if the cable colors are different than the tv then if the label on the cables say video and the color is blue etc. then you have to put it on the yellow putin on the tv no matter the color. If it dosent work then try holding the cables in many angles try pulling them or anything unlit they work get something to hold them up if that dosent work then i think you should buy new cables. Blue should converge on top of "yellow".Bad connection(s)

on blue convergence IC.Replace both IC's for durable repair.

Check pico fuses.Reset convergence alignment.

Now Degaussing and convergence are two different things, if you say its degaussing then you should have just a color differential in a certain area, meaning the color should not be arched, everything that passes through should pass throu only with the changing of color. Now if its a convergence the the color may lift upward in an arch, likely separated from the other colors, Red, Blue,or Green. So now which do you think you have? Deguassing usually give you a highish green color or yellow
