Why didn't I receive a proof of payment when buying rugby tickets?
I bought Springbok rugby tickets for the 24th of June 2017 online with my debit MasterCard. I received a email from my bank that the payment was made but did not receive a proof of payment from viagogo. When I visited the viagogo website, I went to "My account" and then choose "Purchases". the it showed my purchase for the tickets and the total price corresponded with the amount withdrawn from my bank account but it says that the purchase was "canceled" and that they were unable to process my order. Please help me

You need to check with your bank and find out if the payment was cancelled for starters and if it went thru contact viagogo and tell them what happened and I'm sure they will replace or refund tickets
