SOURCE: LG 47LB5D - When TV is turned on green light flash

There's no quick fix on your problem because you hava a leaky electrolytic on the supply of the microcontroller.Leaky capacitor affect the regulation of b+ and sometimes works within warms-up but the sympton will get worst. I've rather suggest you to send it to repair shop to isolate the problem because the microcontroller itself is one of the major suspect on this case.

My screen went blank and the 3 lights on the front of the tv were flashing (lamp/temp). I ordered, received, and replaced lamp as I had done previously with this problem. The tv worked beautifully for...

Hi,do you hear any strange noises? if you heart clicking or like wanting to turn on it could be the ballast that's the board that powers the lamp.Do you hear buzzing, whirling,or high pitch sounds? If you do it could be the color wheel which is a little disc looking that when the light of the lamp goes through it creates the colors on the tv.This are the most common failures on samsungs.
