I would suggest maybe look on wish or eBay for starter. Just go to wish.com and then type in there search box what you meed.

Battery: 6V - 4.5Ah rechargeable. If you just purchased the toy it should still be under warranty. A battery supply store should be able to acquire a similar rechargeable battery.
If you like to tinker, you could swap parts with the working toy until you isolate the failing component. It might not be the battery. could be faulty wiring, cracked circuit board defective charger.

all replacement batteries for harleys are obtainable on line dont go for the cheap ones if you can afford genuine go for it the best second option is Yuasa Japanese also a good german make.

there will be a number on said battery just ebay that number and it will give you alternatives but they will be the same battery
