Select youtube from my apps then click sign in and then they will give you a code and a website to go to so you can enter the code and verify your youtube then you should be signed in.

Before you start you need...
1. Access to a computer and your Xbox 360 console. 2. A YouTube account. If you don't have one, go to YouTube and click Create Account.
Sign in to your YouTube account:
1. If you haven't installed YouTube, install the YouTube app. 2. On your console, go to Video, My Video Apps, and then select YouTube. 3. Go to Settings. 4. Select YouTube Sign In. 5. Write down the code that appears on screen. 6. Now go to YouTube.com/activate on your computer. 7. Sign in to your YouTube account (if needed). 8. Enter the code that you wrote down and click Continue. 9. Click Allow Access to allow the YouTube app to connect to your You Tube account. 10. Now go back to your console. 11. Your YouTube account is now connected to your Xbox LIVE account. 12. Now when you use the YouTube app, go to My YouTube to see your YouTube subscriptions and playlists.
in order to connect to youtube you need to sign into your youtube account. You can use youtube just fine without having a account with google but it will take few days of usage for your xbox to start to recognize what channels you watch. On microsoft explorer or google chrome browser when I type in youtube.com/activate I get a page from google that asks for a code. I would make sure you are typing in the correct address as well. You get a code from your xbox when you are on the youtube app you can see a sign-in option and that should give you the code you need to connect.
1) Go right to the left when you already have youtube opened on your xbox & it will say activate your account or something along the lines of that. Select that. 2) You will be told a code, Go to the site it tells you on your computer or laptop and it will ask you to login to your google account that is linked to your youtube account. When you have logged in to your google account linked to your youtube follow the next step. 3) It will next ask you for your code you was prompted with on your console. Just enter that code and hit continue. Your youtube account will now be linked to your xbox account and you will have full access to everything on the xbox version!
