You would not be able to unlock or remove it, if you type it in wrong enough it should master reset the phone and once back on sync your email back up to retrieve your contacts, you would then be able to set a code you remember.
If this does not work you would need to contact LG directly.

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times.
