The motor appears working inverse so the bean are jumping instead falling. I changed the metal part of the grinder. Someone said he Reversed the Polarity of the motor and fixed the issue. Can anyone tell me on how to change the polarity?

Push the coffe brew button again. It should take right off and grind again.

I had a similar problem, and solved it by turning the grinder by hand against resistance. Apparently the grinder wasn't really turning during the cycle and needed to be cleared. If your beans are "hopping" this may be a different problem.
Testimonial: "Grinder is turning but old bean oil is clogging it. Stirring beans on next brewing after drying the grinder was also customer services recommendation"

you must screw off the burr holder plate screw (in center) you will order one special screw, drill shaped, when the burrs roll it will mix and take down the coffee beans. That is solution i applied to many grinders. PS: beware the direction of burrs must be coordinated with new screw.

Same thing happening to me right now. I think this has something to do with having used flavored beans (which I was warned not to do). Supposedly they gum up the machine.
SOURCE: hello. grinder won't grind
I tried this on my machine and it worked. Remove power. Take everything out of the machine that would fall out if turned upside down. (water, extra beans, waste..etc) Then carefully pick up the machine and give it a good shake, may need to do that a couple of times. Hopefully you will dislodge the obstruction.
