according to the manual it is at the back of the printer .
It is the very top socket in the part where the power cord plugs in at the back of the printer.
at the back of the printer it is on the right hand side.

Has anyone been doing some panic botton pushing????? You may have to go in and look to see if it set up in users mode as just as a printer. Try to reset all of the setting back to factory settings, there is a users funcation for that just look the in menu.
