Beeping and error message

Low water sensor is the beep.have you tried re filling it?...the manual is at this web site:

The heating element is burned out.

Heating element is open.

Try wiggling cable at plug and then at iron side if light flashes you have a broken wire.

We have had two D2020 Black&Decker Irons that did exactly the same thing. I love the iron...but they have both lasted about 2 months before burning!
