There is a tiny slider switch on the memory card, move it to the unlock position.

According to Nikon d60 Manual if [Memory card locked] appears on the [LCD Monitor] of the camera, the of the memory card being used is in the locked (downside) position, so you cannot capture or delete images. To unlock the tab, slide the of the memory card upward. https://guideusermanual.com/product-name-d60-manual&po=4316&lang=English

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Camera saying memory card locked slide lock write psition

The Nikon N75 is a film camera. It doesn't use a memory card at all.

If you're referring to some other digital camera that does use an SD/SDHC card, look at the memory card. SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Hi Team,, I have Nikon s4000 camera. I have an issue in cam, when i inserted a memory card, its showing "MEMORY CARD IS WRITE PROTECTED",, Please do needful.

Take the memory card out of your camera and look at it. SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.
