IT'S AN INTRINSIC FAULT WITH THIS PIECE OF JUNK. THE DIAPHRAM INSIDE THE PUMP TUBE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, THEY DON'T EVEN WORK PROPERLY WHEN BRAND NEW, BUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEY WON'T PRESSURISE AT ALL. BUY A QUALITY SPRAYER, THAT REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR.

Eliminator one gallon sprayer doesn't pump up correctly

This is always caused by bad treatment after use. You need to wash it, pump soapy water, then rinse and wash out the the bottle, then push clean water through. Finally empty it and pressurize it and blow all the water out so you have a clean dry final unit. My one gallon sprayer is 12 years old.

Take it all apart and soak it in hot soapy water.

Frigidaire Model FDB780RCB0 I am getting water in the machine but it seems the arms are not turning what can I do to get that fixed?

The pump in the dishwasher is supposed to provide enough water pressure to turn the spray arms and make them rotate. The pump is faulty and not giving enough pressure or the arms are stuck.
Try spinning the arms, if they rotate smoothly, you will need to replace the pump.

Hozelock pressure sprayer , when I pump the sprayer the pressure release valve pops up loosing all my pressure

That's what it is designed to do when there is too much pressure, usually sprayers don't get used that much to ware out that part. You might be having trouble getting spray out the wand, in that situation it is probably clogged. You have to remove tip and see if you can clean out a little particle blocking it. I know it is easy to occur and it happens if some dirt falls into the tank while filling. Hope that helps.

Garden hand pump sprayer not presssurising

There is probably a leak somewhere in the hosing or gasket. As you try to pump it up, take some soapy water and pour it around sealed areas of the sprayer. Look for bubbles as the sprayer leaks air. Also check the nozzle of the sprayer for a clog. Rinse it thoroughly with hot water until it has cleared any blockage.

Just bought the 56 oz. hand held flow master sprayer, and went to use it, and can't figure out how to use it. I filled it up to the "fill line", screwed the lid back on, proceeded to try to pump...

Just a question. Is there a pressure relief valve on your sprayer to take the pressure off when you are done spraying. If so is this valve left open so there will be no pressure when you pump?
I did this once then remembered I had opened it up. I shut it and works ok now. Is the lid sealing when you tighten it? Check the gaskets in the lid as well.

I cannot pressurize the sprayer. I have the solution in the sprayer. Handle is screwed on. No spray comes out

When you pump the handle is there resistance? If there is, pressure is building up in the sprayer.
If there is no resistance, the sprayer pump is probably deteriorated and should be replaced.
If there is pressure and when you squeeze the trigger nothing comes out, remove the nozzle and make sure there is nothing plugging it.
Good Luck,
Gary

I have a 3 gal. back sprayer. When you try to presureize the tank to spray, The pump seems to work but there is no pressure. If repairs are necessary, where in the Redding, Ca. area is a repair shop for...

Hi there
There are many possible reasons for your sprayer not pressurizing. If the pump lever is moving freely and does not seem to be building pressure while pumping it is possible that the O-ring at the valve is damaged, the seal in the pressure regulator is leaking, the piston or the collar is worn. Any of these problems will require disassembly of the unit and inspection of each part. If you do feel resistance building as you pump but quickly loose pressure you likely have leaks in the diaphram, it's seal, the pressure cylinder or the tank itself.
If you are comfortable disassembling the unit and inspecting the parts for wear or damage most of the individual replacement parts are fairly easy to replace and readily available online from Solo or at many retail outlets and supply companies. Solo has done a great job with how-to videos and instructions for each procedure on their web site www.solousa.com
If you are not comfortable disassembling and repairing your sprayer yourself you can try contacting a mower/equipment repair shop in the Redding area as is seems the nearest Authorized Solo sprayer repair center is Cloverdale Saw in Cloverdale CA, 707-894-2273

Solo 425 and 475 spray packs.

I have a 425 that I have had to remove the pressure cylinder. I found this on the internet one time, but can't find it again. Anyhow, this is how to remove the pressure cylinder on a Solo 425. Do all the disassembly instructions in the owners manual. Then get a short 2x4 or 2x2 and place it on top on the pressure cylinder through the opening on top of the tank. Then give it a good whack with a hammer. Don't be shy, that ****** is in there. It may take more than one whack. Once you have the cylinder out there is a screen on the cylinder that must be cleaned. To re-assemble, turn the sprayer upside down, insert the pressure cylinder, lay the 2x4 across the bottom of the cylinder and use even force (and hammer) to force the cylinder back in. Stop when you get to the O ring seat and you can do the rest by hand, being careful not to pinch the O ring. I have had Solo sprayers for many years and think they are great. But when it seems that when I leave glyphosate (Roundup) in the sprayer it clogs the screen. My hard water may contribute to the problem.
