Kodak ESP 3 printer does not print YELLOW

If you get a working print head, run a test print every 3 days or so. I do this on a regular basis to keep the ink from drying out and have yet to have a clogged head using this method. Before replacing the head a couple of months ago, I did not do this and after a week and a half, the head clogged beyond the capacity of the printer to self-clean.

Your magenta is not working. According the manual you need to replace the printing head as well.

According to your problem first check your printer setup. You may have to change the black ink cartridge. But first clean the head of the printer and align the cartridges.

Call Kodak @1800 421 6699 and get a new printhead free of cost.....Printhead has gone bad and it is the part in which we install the ink cartridges.It takes the ink out of the cartridges and spit the ink on the papers,...Cheers and Enjoy.

its ok. kodak printers have inkjet printheads that have nozzles in them. take out cartridges and printhead and reseat them again,from home center ,clean the printhead.if the does not resolve the issue,call kodak @ 1800 421 6699 . kodak replace printheads for customers free of cost.

lynchfam3 it is problem with the print head so call you can do is print head cleaning and make sure you are using genuine kodak ink cartridge and if still the same issue then try and use the printer in standalone mode i.e try and copy something and check if the image quality is still the same or not if yes then it is print head issue and you need to contact kodak tech support they will replace it for you without any charge.......

go to main menu,go to maintenance and then clean printhead go for deep cleaning .. and then caliberate printer from main menu.. ur printer will be working fine.. if not call kodak all in one printer support, they will replace ur printhead.free of cost

I had the same problem with my kodak easy share and many of the kodaks were being recalled. As the printer head would mess up. Thank goodness I still had warranty on mine and Kodak trashed and replaced with one same value. I went with a whole different brand and does much better.
