Use something like a Chromecast, Amazon Firestick, Roku, PS4 or other Netflix compatible device. Attach it to your TV via the HDMI input and then you can stream NetFlix (and more) to your TV wirelessly.

SOURCE: moving tv to another cable outlet

I f you have cable at the new location follow it back to a splitter. Remove the one you used to use and screw in the one you want to use. They should all terminate at the same location.

SOURCE: Moving desktop across room where there is no cable connection.

you can buy a cheap USB wifi adapter and connect the desktop wirelessly just like your laptop, this should do the trick.
or you can buy an access point to extend the range of the wireless network, you should not be moving the router itself this way.

SOURCE: moved xbox to another tv in another room connected

This is a problem that seems to be coming from your lan cable or router. The best thing you do is to get a sure connection(maybe connected with a pc you know is working)and see if it works. If it doesn't, the fault should be from the router

SOURCE: i neid go know how to reprogram one of the

jc4lifes3as

I have provided instructions on how you can program your remote to your TV. Without knowing the brand TV you have, I have provided a link with the codes you can try.

Program to TV:

Remotes: Basic (Television Only)
1. Turn the Television On.
2. Press and hold the TV Power button for three seconds until the LED flashes.
3. Enter the three-digit code using the buttons on the number pad.
4. Press OK. Note: The LED will flash three times.
5. Test functionality with the TV.
6. Return to Step 2 if the remote is not able to turn the TV On/Off, change the volume and mute the television.

Power Scan:

Remote: Basic Remote (Television Only)
1. Turn the Television On.
2. Press and hold the TV Power button for three seconds until the LED flashes.
3. Press and release the TV Power button.
4. Press and release the Up or Down Arrow on the remote until the television turns off.
5. After the television turns off, press and release the OK button.
6. Test functionality with the TV.
7. Return to Step 2 if the remote is not able to turn the TV On/Off, change the volume and mute the television.

The link for the remote codes are at the bottom of the page. Select your receiver type and then your TV brand to get the codes.

How can I watch Netflix on a tv Sony wega that isn’t hooked to the internet. It’s wirelessly connected to Vizio ( smart tv Netflix built in) but I want to be able to watch in a different room

netflix is a 100% internet web site , streaming site.
thus the net in flix.
what did you mean by hooked?\
do you have internet at home at all?
do other things in home work to the internet, like PC or cell phones.
what I can not under stand is (different room) this phase
implies some rooms do work (netflex)
and wifi gets weak if my move any TV farther from the home router
and will fail past 25 feet or more. wifi is super weak through walls
for sure brick, or 2 walls.
if home is small one wifi access point is all you need
if huge home more.
distance matter, TV to router.
no TV model # told. (tells me wifi spec)

if you said my TV works in room 1 but not room 2, wifi;.
it be super more easy to answer.. is this true?
if true , get a tech to upgrade your wifi.
or go wired, Ethernet.(a better home upgrade)

I unplugged tv to move it across the room now it wont turn back on??

POE:
  1. Connect tv directly to socket without any powerboards and make sure the power cord is properly inserted (if it works than any powerboard you have been using is probably faulty)
  2. Try a different power cord
  3. See if socket is dead using another appliance. If another appliance works then the Tv is probably damaged (refer to warranty if applicable)
  4. if other appliances don't work in that socket check your fuse box.
  5. If fuse box is fine then try a different socket (if it works you may need to get an experienced person to fix the socket your trying to plug the tv into)

I have this Samsung but theres a wash and dryer behind the tv in another room. theres a annoying buzzing sound and theres lines going across the tv when the washer machine is on. what can I do to reduce...

hi,
you can try using a good quality surge strip on the tv. if that doesent do it you could try a different outlet on the other side of the room, or try using an outlet from a different room(long extension cord) if that doesent do it you may have to move the tv to another wall.

If you have a dual tuner it is in sigle mode. Go to the front panel on the receiver and press the mode button. This may be behind a push open door based on the receiver you have. If this does not work let me know. Thanks for using Fix Ya.

Tv wont come on at all

Run an extension cord from another room to see if the tv still works. It sounds like faulty wiring in the living room that needs to be checked. Also, check for a tripped circuit breaker for that area of the house. Can't tell you about the repair but, you will save yourself some time by checking these things out first.
