Use something like a Chromecast, Amazon Firestick, Roku, PS4 or other Netflix compatible device. Attach it to your TV via the HDMI input and then you can stream NetFlix (and more) to your TV wirelessly.

I f you have cable at the new location follow it back to a splitter. Remove the one you used to use and screw in the one you want to use. They should all terminate at the same location.

This is a problem that seems to be coming from your lan cable or router. The best thing you do is to get a sure connection(maybe connected with a pc you know is working)and see if it works. If it doesn't, the fault should be from the router

I have provided instructions on how you can program your remote to your TV.
Without knowing the brand TV you have, I have provided a link with the codes you
can try.
Program to TV:
Remotes: Basic (Television Only)
1. Turn the
Television On.
2. Press and hold the TV Power button for three seconds until the
LED flashes.
3. Enter the three-digit code using the buttons on the number pad.
4. Press OK. Note: The LED will flash three times.
5. Test functionality with
the TV.
6. Return to Step 2 if the remote is not able to turn the TV On/Off,
change the volume and mute the television.
Power Scan:
Remote: Basic Remote

2. Press and hold the TV Power
