Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work, you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad.

Richo Aficio 3045 do not supply toner
Either the feed motor in the back of the tube or inside the chuck where the opening of the tube sits, if you take the chuck appart there is plastic feed fins and they break off and don't feed the toner ( I would check the feed fins in the chuck first)

Well possible two items the code is for the paper feed motor either you have problem with a paper issue or more likely the WASTE TONER issue since the Paper Feed Motor (M-41) handles to jobs running the paper feed system and waste toner system might harden old toner in a tube section preventing the motor from turning get a tech out to check the entire waste toner system and or paper feed issue

A E000013-00 code is not a very good error code to have..... It has to do with the waste toner feed screw is "Backed up with toner" > most of the time you have to take the drum unit out & remove the drum & cleaning blade & chip out the toner in the tray under the drum blade. The other part of the problem is that the waste toner bottle is full and the feed tube in the back of the copier is packed up with toner and needs to be cleaned out. Also, there is a gear that may have cracked that drives the feed screw. This not a easy fix...

My machine aficio 2045e give error toner signal even though toner in bottle is more than50% i make every thing but still appear add toner
Inside the toner feed mechanism there is little plastic fins that tend to break off. You will probably have to replace the hopper unit (The unit that the toner tube sits in) or in that unit where the tube opening sites you can either replace the feed chuck or if your handy maybe repair the feed fins. The chuck part pops out with plastic tabs.

Error code e013 displayed and a sound of cut cut is happened
I believe a E013 error code means that the waste toner feed screw is packed with toner and can not turn the feed screw. From what I remember, there is a switch on the drive gears for the waste toner on the back ofthe copier. It is not a Happy, happy,joy,joy job...... You will need to clear out the feed screw & empty out the waste toner bottle and possibly cln out the drum unit... Toner is packed there as well...... Good Luck

In most cases that means that you need to clean/ replace waste toner container, but in worst case scenario:
E013
Cause • Waste toner feeding motor (faulty)
• Waste toner feeding screw (rotation fault)
• DC controller PCB (faulty)
Description
0001 The rotation speed of the waste toner feeding motor has deviated
from a specific value for 0.1 sec or more (PLL signal ‘0’).

HP Laserjet #3015. Double feeds when feeding
Separation pad (not feed rollers), is responsible for preventing double feeding. Clean or replace it.
As for toner low...hold the "go" or "online" button until both (all) lights flash then release, this should give you a supplies status page.
