The prefix D would usually suggest a diode of some sort but I have no idea what E would denote.
The circuit diagram provides insufficient information and so either the component(s) must be ordered from the manufacturer as spare parts, the exact type and value of them must be discovered from a manufacturer's service sheet or component list or an experienced electronics engineer must be consulted to calculate the values from the circuit or even to make an educated guess.

This is a recognised fault due to a CCD problem. I had the same problem. In the UK JVC will fix it free of charge even out of warranty - check on their website for more info,
You should use the original Samsung supply since it is a switching power supply capable of supplying the needed current to operate the onboard charging circuit. Many customers have tried to go with generic supplies and it opens the inline chemical fuse due to the unit drawing heavy current during battery charging.
