You have to change your channelk type in your wi fi router.
For that access your router with following link

http://192.168.1.1 or
http://192.168.0.1

if you have belkin router
http://192.168.2.1

type user name as "admin" and password is "admin" or blank or "password"

then go to wi fi ->advanced setup chang channel type 4 ,6 ,11
change chanel type 1 by 1 and check signal strength.
everyt time save settings and restart both computer and router after save settings.

DOES MY D-Link wireless WBR-2310 WORK WITH Windows VISTA?

It should.

They list their Minimum Requirements on the following link:
http://www.dlink.com/products/resource.asp?pid=470&rid=1796&sec=0

And as long as your OS is functioning, and you have wireless ability; your OS shouldn't impact the ability to see the router.

D Link WBR-2310

Sounds like a bad router or firmware issue. If you recently bought the router you can try and do an exchange where you bought it or you can contact D Link for a warranty replacement. Sorry I could not be more help on this but it really sounds like the router is dead or dying and not routing packets correctly.

D-link WBR-2310 Stop working

Sounds like a defective modem/modem failure if, it does not reset or if you take all of the other wires out and just leave the power in and none of the other lights go off then that is definitely a defective mode, I suggest either returning the modem to where you purchased it from or calling D link it should be covered under there warranty for replacement.

Issue with WEP/WPA (WBR-2310)

Well if you updated the firmware and your still having issues contact dlink for a possible replacement it sounds like the hardware could be bad or you can try uploading same firmware by crash reseting router and uploading latest firmware again.
