I have xerox phaser 8400 : when i turn it on it says : service needed fault 37 002 47:115353\r\ncould anyone help for that . thanks

Service Manual says:
37,020.47 = (8400) Strip Solenoid
37,020.47: Strip Solenoid disconnect.
The strip solenoid is not drawing the
expected power.

The Solenoid (relay) may be bad, or the power to it is low.

The Stripper Solenoid positions the stripper blade. The solenoid mounts on the Upper Inner Duplex guide and activates the strip solenoid lever, which in turn rotates the Stripper Carriage
until it hits the transfix ground pins. This action causes the stripper blade to drop onto the deadband of the Drum.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response

Thanks, Joe

What is the Xerox Phaser 8400 printer error code 07.010.43:43923? Much appreciated. Thank you.

Try this:

The printer has encountered an error state without the benefit of a code. Turn the printer off for 30 seconds, then power back on.
If the Printer Error message returns, press the i button on the printer's front panel. The actual error or fault number should be displayed. Note the error or message and search the knowledge base for the error.

Also:

Based on the problem description provided, we have determined that your printer needs service.
Please turn your printer off and use one of the methods below to make arrangements for service:
If using the local service provider website, please perform the following steps:

Hi i have phaser 8560, it gives me a error 09,038,46:62248, plese who can solve me the problem.

Hi there
The onlty thing I can find close to this is.
Acording to the manual its a ink loader error like your loading the wrong type of ink like the puzzles pieces arent matching and hitting the sensor flags right. Yours by the 8 is referring to the black ink. Anyway go to troubleshooting on the control panel. then to service tools. when in service tools press and hold the up arrow while still pressing the up arrow press the down arrow. the display should say hidden menus. go to diagnostic mode press enter go to funtion menu. then go to clear ISC fault and enter. ISC=ink stick count fault. I hope that helps. Just to let you know Ive had nothing but problems with third party ink and once its in the system its hard to get out so I would watch what im doing with my expensive equipment

37,004.40:39187 with the fan running

You have a failed resivor heater in your print-head, your print-head will need to be replaced, unfortunately more expensive (800$) then buying a new Xerox Phaser 8550dn from Tiger Direct. ($750 ish)

Fault 37,002.47:338665

From the service manual:

37,002.4x - PEST_FAULT_JSL_HEATER_DISCONNECT
PEST - Left jetstack disconnect. The left jetstack is not drawing the expected power from
the supply.
1. Run the printhead Left Jetstack Heater test.
2. Verify printhead wiring.

Yes, could be faulty printhead, but could be faulty power supply as well.

I have the full service manual available if you need it. Please take a moment to give this solution a rating of fixya. Thanks!

Xerox phaser 8400 error code

That code is a jet heater code. The most likely problem is a bad print head, the second most likely bad item is the electronics module that supplies the 40-50 volt source to the print head heater.

Xerox phaser 8400 fault

I have the same problem. Xerox says they need to send someone out and can not tell me what this code means.

Prior to the error I have having light streaking on the page. Took everything apart and cleaned and it worked OK for 2 days then returned to streaks.

If anyone knows what to look for please offer assistance.

Xerox phaser 8400 fault 37,016,43:24800 ????

Sadly that is not good. That normally is one of the heaters in the print head has failed not warming up enough to allow the ink to remain liquid. It frequently is the result of a failure of the electronics module, none of the most likely problems is a cheap fix. I will give you the list of most probable causes.
Wish I had a more hopeful answer.

PARTS:Parts are listed in the order of highest probability for repair.
NUMBER QTY DESCRIPTION
119649580 1 *ELECTRONICS MODULE (STRIPPED)

671529180 1 I/O BOARD

650430300 1 *PRINTHEAD ASSEMBLY
The electronics module. Listed as stripped, means it comes without the ram and nvm boards. When that fails it is a portion of that module that supplies the heater voltage. I think its a 50 volt source off hand.
