I have a Hisense Smart TV model 60K390PA. I am connected to my wifi but it says i am not connected to the internet. What can I do. Thank you.

Hello Michelle, if the WIFI is the same one that you use in your house with the cell phone or the PC, search in these devices, in WIFI connections, properties, and there the WIFI password should appear
The other option is to factory reset the WIFI and configure it again
You can also contact your internet operator and ask for the password

Hola Michelle, si el WIFI es el mismo que utilizas en tu casa con el celular o la PC, busca en estos aparatos, en conexiones de WIFI, propiedades, y ah? debe aparecer la contrase?a de WIFI
La otra opci?n es resetear a modo de fabrica el WIFI y configurarlo nuevamente
Tambi?n puedes comunicarte con tu operador de Internet y pedirle la contrase?a

If you have a dvd player with wifi, that will work.

plug in the eithernet cable while you try to connect the wifi and after it's working remove cable and try the wifi, I have a printer where the cable needs to be connected while installing the wifi and after working remove cable and works fine..
