I have replaced all boards and stiil the TV goes to turn on, flashes the logo, then goes black. I can see the info if I shine a flashlight on the tv. Can it be the LED's themselves?

Since you have replaced all boards and the TV still does not work, The LED's strips have failed and will need to be replaced.

Updating the firmware and ensuring power to the TV, and make sure that the cables are plugged in correctly. Unplugging the TV and everything that is attached to the TV for about a few minutes to see if that makes a difference.
Hi there. I would advise you to unplug your tv from the wall. Wait approximately 5 minutes. Hold down the power button on the tv for 15 seconds without the tv plugged in. This is what they call power cycling. If plugging back in the tv does not work; you might have a power board issue. A typical power board/circuit board repair runs from $25 to $125.
When you tunr on the switch ,can you see the power light ?If no power light ,I think your tv power board is dead.

Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset.
