I have a problem with sharp AR 6020 photocopier machine that is displaying triangle and minus symbols how can i solve it

That doesn't look like a Cellphone! Picture graphic looks like a photocopier? Presumably 'Are' is supposed to be 'Our', but no one knows what a 620 is? Google thinks it is a Wire Tracer unit!

AHA, this is a Sharp AR-6020

Orange Bang out triangle can be anything. Remove paper trays, remove toner, open all the doors, and look for paper misfeeds. Disconnect the power for 30 seconds. Replace everything and connect power.

Turn off the power switch, wait about 10 seconds, and
then turn on the switch again. If this does not clear the
message, write down the code (Main code and sub
code exists.) that appears and then unplug the power
cord and contact your authorized service Rep.

Press #, interrupt, C, interrupt. Display must go off. Enter 14 and press copy button. You're good to go. If the problem comes back, check if power supply is of normal rated supply, check fuser lamp and thermistors n thermostat if they are OK.

If you have the install disc , Go into remove programs and uninstall it . then reinstall it . up date as there may be a new driver for it.

Sharp AR-5320 photocopier/printer is in share network. for each printing command ,its asking to install driver.and its taking more time for printing..
