Ok,enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care(t mobile tel 150 and get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.
I believe that there is no way of doing it on the phone itself. If you phone T-Mobile from your mobile 150 i believe and ask them to extend your voicemail delay they should be able to help you.
