What fuses? Fuse are located on the Power supply board inside the unit. If they are blown it is for a reason. Find the reason first by replacing the bad components. Take it to get it serviced if you are not experienced.

NOTE: Do not open the unit unless you are experienced with working with high voltages. It can cause injury or even *****!

There is no sound coming out

I had a very similar problem with my Sansui G5700. Powers on, but no sound. My solution may not fix your problem, but this is what I did to solve mine. Removed the wooden cover. On the main power circuit board ( red circle on attached image) there is a safety relay that activates the speakers. Carefully remove the plastic cover ( should come off easily) spray the contacts with contact cleaner. ( do not use CRC. use a dedicated contact cleaner) Double check all your fuses. Refit the plastic relay cover. Refit the main wood cover. Power on, and hopefully it works :)...Mine has not missed a beat since.( If this didn't work, check if the relay actually switches on and off. The relay may have an open circuit and needs to be repaired/ replaced) 2f650e9f-0e26-4560-8d6b-d075d71217ee.jpg

I have a Sansui 2000A Stereo Tuner Amplifies that powers up but has no sound. the fuse for the 220-250V 2A was blown and replaced. The speaker fuses look good. Should I replace them too or is there...

If the fuse was blown on the 220-250 V side, I am assuming that you are in the UK, if you aren't , but are in the US, change the power setting dial/switch on the back to 100-120v and you might be good to go. Also, I know this may sound silly, but make sure that the speaker selector switch is pressed in or set to a speaker set ( A or B). Love the Sansui gear, have many complete systems myself!

Sansui G-5700 protection light wont go on

Try checking the speakers and connections. Those symptoms occur if there is a short. Disconnect all spkrs, turn it on and if it stays on connect one speaker at a time until it shuts off.

I have a sansui stereo av receiver rz 7000 from 1990 which works on 110 220 230 volts and the receiver has a voltage selector on the back - I need to understand how to move the selector from 220 to 110...

Remove the fuse cover with a flat screwdriver, then pull the surrounding circular black plastic piec straight out and reorient it to show the desired voltage, then plug it in, insert the fuse and cap.
