How do I print addresses on #10 envelopes?

A decent printer should print a #10 envelope without a problem. If this model won't do so, return it and get another printer. Suggest Epson or Canon -- AVOID HP printers.

Step Two: Print the Envelop

1. Right click on Printer icon and select Printer Properties.
2. Now, Click on Printer Preferences
3. Go to the "features Tab".
4. Select Plain paper
5. Select "Landscape"
6. Under sizing options select "More". this brings up more options select envelope #10
7. Put dot in "Scale to paper size"
8. On next line click the down sign and select envelope #10 again from options.
9. Click OK.
10. Now, try to print using these settings.

Goto print and preferences then under paper size select envelope size 10. Line them up over their picture on the printer and voila. If you are using word there is an envelope creator under the file menu.

This is a paper size problem with the software, go to page setup and under "Paper Size" choose "User Defined" or "Custom" and fill in all of the dimensional information about the envelope and save with a name you will recognize. Now, when you print make sure you have selected the envelope from the paper list and you should be good to go. Installed SR-3 from Office Word. It did the trick.

Had this same problem. Went to Microsoft Office site and downloaded Service Pack 3 for Word 2000 and Security update #KB934392 and the printer started printing on the correct side again.
