How do I print addresses on #10 envelopes?

I have a couple of HP 5610 Printers. Recently, I was asked to print (out-going) addresses on six #10 business envelopes. I couldn't figure out how to do it. Please help. Thank you.

    Envelopes print crooked

A decent printer should print a #10 envelope without a problem. If this model won't do so, return it and get another printer. Suggest Epson or Canon -- AVOID HP printers.

Print en enveolppe with hp color laser jet 2600n

Envelopes can be printed from tray 1 or 2. Select the type of envelope you are using from the PRINT dialog box or the driver. In your program, set the margins. Typical margins for a commercial #10 or DL envelope would be: Return Address Top margin 15mm(0.6 Inch) Left margin 15mm(0.6 Inch), Delivery Address Top margin 51mm(2 Inches) Left margin 89mm(3.5 Inches). For the best print quality, position margins no closer than 15mm (0.6 Inch) from the edges of the envelope. Avoid printing on the seams of the envelope. Envelopes with a peel-off adhesive strip or more than one flap that folds over to seal must use adhesives that are compatible with the heat and pressure of the printer fuser. the extra flaps and seals can cause wrinkling, creasing and feed jams, could even damage the fuser.

This is a paper size problem with the software, go to page setup and under "Paper Size" choose "User Defined" or "Custom" and fill in all of the dimensional information about the envelope and save with a name you will recognize. Now, when you print make sure you have selected the envelope from the paper list and you should be good to go.
