remove rear cover of washer, locate and remove belt.
Unfasten motor ,disconnet motor lead, and remove motor.
Brushes are located at opp end to motor pulley.
Replace if less than 5mm long.
Plz rate my solution.

to reset these al you do is press and hold the start button for about 5 seconds then it should reset if not then you have a faulty pcb

It's actually pretty easy. Try this: press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds.drain pump will start up.let it complete its routine (takes 2 mins or so).now the machine has reset.select program as normal and retry

If the washing is unbalanced the machine will either not spin it or seems to spin forever. This is not a fault. Pause the machine - wait for a minute to see if the door will unlock - if it won't cancel the programme and wait another minute. Re balance the load and try again if needed.

You need to get the dial to 90 degree program then push the start and on button together. Keep hold the start button then a light will flash. Then move the dial to spin/drain option and press start to start the reset test mode. Hope this helps.
