If you installed new developer unit you have to initialize it or else there wont be any or enough toner in the developer so its going to always add toner or print light or blank copies

SOURCE: I´ve got a message on my oki C5510 mfp

Check the toners are not empty. The printer only estimates how much it thinks should be left, there is a possibilty one is empty. this is best done by removing each toner in turn and checking that the hopper in the drum is full to level with the sponge surrounding it. Next check are the toner sensors. These are small and located to the right of each toner cartridge in the wall of the printer, one could be dirty creating the error and not allowing the printer to start up completely, causing the scanner connection to fail and giving you "Failed to get printer information". On this model the scanner and printer are essentially separate units joined by a USB cable.

Kyocera laser 4200dn was printing blank pages, then after doing drum refresh was ok for a while then started to print with missing or blank areas on page???

Ungortunately both drum and developer tank are suspects here. First stop is to remove drum so you can view the devloping magnetic roller to see if there is a thin even layer of toner on it. Because this is best done by a trained eye it may be best to get a Kyocera specialist company for an assessment. Try a developer refresh as well. See if that works. Good luck.

HI there! Our Kyocera 180 does not photocopy documents. The paper that comes out is just blank. We recently replaced the tonner so we believe there's still enough ink. Should we checked if the photocopier...

if you are getting blank copies nothing on the page you need to check the drum main charge or the developer unit is locked into place correctly and if the developer unit is turning take out the developer unit and see if there is an even coating of dev and toner on the roller use a piece of paper rub of a small are on the developer roller put in the machine and do a copy after take out the developer unit and see if where you marked is visable if it is then the developer unit has a problem as it is not turning
Check the main charge roller it is connected to the side door
